Mary Wise, Principal

Mary Wiese, President and Founder

Mary has extensive management experience representing a wide range of institutional, corporate, and entrepreneurial entities. She holds the RPA designation and is a member of the Board of Directors of BOMA, San Francisco. In addition, she belongs to the San Francisco chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is a Board Member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and is a mayoral appointee to the Citizens Advisory Committee Transbay Redevelopment Plan. Mary’s previous and current clients include: Ellis Partners, Equitable Life, GE Investments, GEM Investors, Inc., JMB Properties, Northwestern Mutual Life, Pan American Properties, Peter Sullivan Associates, PSAI Realty Partners, Prudential Insurance, Stein Kingsley Stein, Susie Tompkins Buell, Pivotal Group, Lucasfilm Ltd., William E. Simon & Sons Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, American Financial Realty Trust, and Beacon Capital Partners. Mary became a founding principal of CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in 1994.

Tom has been involved in commercial real estate management and consulting for over thirty years. In 1996, he formed REAL Systems. As principal of REAL Systems, he worked with management and service firms in the design and implementation of their strategic planning and performance improvement programs. As a noted trainer, he has lectured on management and operations internationally for various clients as well as industry organizations such as CCIM, CREW, IFMA, BOMA, IREM, ULI, NAIOP, and NAREIM. Prior to starting REAL Systems, Tom was Vice President of Asset Management for Catellus Development Corporation. His responsibilities included overseeing the property management and joint venture operations for the company’s entire portfolio of approximately 16 million square feet. Tom is the author of numerous articles on property operations and performance improvement and is a licensed real estate broker. He has also held positions as president of the Bay Area chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, director of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, director of the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI), and president of BOMA San Francisco and BOMA California. He currently serves as a Director of BOMA California.

Tawni Sullivan, Vice President

Tawni Sullivan, Vice President

Tawni has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a concentration in Marketing. Her background in sales and customer service is combined with many years of experience in the real estate industry. Tawni’s professional experience offers a diverse range of building sizes, project focus and responsibilities. Clients include large institutional owners to small investors, which enables Tawni to respond to a variety of Ownership goals. Tawni is an active member of BOMA, past Vice-Chair of BOMA’s Building Code Task Force, Board Member of the Transportation Management Association, holds a California Real Estate salesperson license, and was a Fire Life Safety Director certified by the San Francisco Fire Department and Local 39 Engineer Union. She holds the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and is currently a candidate of the designation of Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).

Gregory E. Johnson, RPA, FMA, Director of Project Management

Gregory E. Johnson, RPA, FMA, Director of Project Management

As Director of Project Management for CAC Real Estate Management Co., Greg's professional experience includes a diverse range of building sizes, project focus, and responsibilities. His outstanding organizational skills and his aptitude for locating problem areas and increasing operational efficiency have helped to complete numerous large tenant and capital projects with ease and efficiency. Greg has a range of real estate management experience, including the management of apartment communities, urban office parks, commercial high rises, and commercial retail properties. His primary focus in recent years has been with commercial real estate in San Francisco and Oakland. Employed with CAC Real Estate Management Co. since 1999, he has provided third party management services to syndicate and institutional investors, as well as quasi-government entities. Greg is currently the Treasurer of the Central Market Community Benefit District, an active member of BOMA, and Formerly the Chairman of the San Francisco's BOMA Code Task Force in 2006. He holds a Degree of Master of Business Administration, as well as the designations of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).

Julie Meredith, Accounting Manager

Julie Meredith, Accounting Manager

Julie has been in the commercial real estate profession for over 14 years. She has had extensive commercial real estate accounting experience with several well respected, Bay Area companies. Julie earned her BA from UCLA. She began her real estate career with The Shorenstein Company in San Francisco. She moved to William Wilson/Equity Office as a Senior Project Accountant with supervision of the junior accountants. Julie joined CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc. as a Senior Project Accountant in September of 2000. Julie is currently the Accounting Manager with supervision of the accounting staff, and liaison with property management.

Rod Collings, Property Manager

Rod Collings, Senior Property Manager & Group Leader

Rod Collings is responsible for overseeing all the activities and operations of Rincon Center. Rod has been involved in real estate management and development in the greater Bay Area since the 1980’s. He has extensive experience in the management and operation of class–A, multi–tenant office buildings. His diverse background includes leasing, building renovations, life safety procedures, and plant operations. Rod brings a well–rounded degree of experience to Rincon Center.

Yvonne Fisher, Property Manager

Yvonne Fisher, Senior Property Manager & Group Leader

Yvonne has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. She began her career in the Bay Area with William Wilson & Associates working in the Corporate Property Management Department with an emphasis on lease administration, property taxes, budgeting, and risk management. She joined CAC Real Estate Management Co. in January of 1998 and managed a large portfolio of office buildings in San Francisco. She has worked closely with clients to develop budgets, operating plans, and lease strategy for new office buildings and development projects. Yvonne is currently managing 2300 Harrison Street and oversees the management of several South of Market properties. Yvonne graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics. In addition, she holds the RPA designation and is an active member of BOMA and the San Francisco chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
