CAC has extensive experience in Project Management, Tenant Improvement and Construction Supervision. CAC understands the importance of the relationship between the client, architect, contractor, building staff and the local governments.

  • Develop and Manage the Construction Budget throughout the project
  • Manage the development of comprehensive building specifications and bid packages to ensure clear instructions are provided to all contractors
  • Operate as the Owner's Representative to the Architect, Contractor, and City and County officials
  • Supervise and enforce: ADA requirements, Fire/Life Safety Requirements, Records for Licenses, Permits, and Contracts, Insurance Requirements
